Desire is the motivation for trying to fulfill your life. The desire of love, friendly meetings and enjoyment. The desire of a wealthy, healthy, interesting daily life and special journeys. Just seeking the best way of living, makes life worth living. By believing passionately in something that might not exist is another reality. But since crumbs of wishes are fulfilled - makes the life almost perfect.
I might be a dreamer, but I do prefer desire compared to indifference. I prefer being present living true with small expectations. Even if I get hurt, feeling insufficient and terrible lost. I do prefer seeking and longing. Burning desire is the starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a wish. But a keen pulsating desire which transcends everything else. Life is now and you know you are living when you are going up and down like a roller coaster. A spicy, exiting life might just be a simple SMS, laughter and daydreaming mixed with bureaucracy. And real adventures in foreign countries. You need it all. Life is now!
To be or to do something gives us staying powerful - a reason to start it over again after a disappointment. A desire presupposes the possibility of action to achieve it; action presupposes a goal which is worth achieving. Love is the irresistible desire to be irresistibly desired.
